Description
Paravow is an end-to-end M&A platform that helps founders, acquirers, and operators move from opportunity discovery to transaction execution. We're looking for an M&A Operations & Deal Execution Intern to help source opportunities, engage founders, coordinate buyer-seller conversations, track deal progress, and support transaction workflows across the platform. This role sits at the intersection of startups, acquisitions, business development, and deal execution. Responsibilities include: • Source acquisition and partnership opportunities • Research startups, founders, and potential acquirers • Conduct outreach and manage follow-ups • Qualify opportunities and gather key information • Coordinate introductions between buyers and sellers • Track deal progress across the pipeline • Maintain CRM and transaction records • Ensure timely communication between stakeholders • Help improve operational processes for deal execution • Support diligence preparation and information collection when required Success looks like: • Consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities • Strong founder and buyer engagement rates • High-quality deal tracking and documentation • Fast response times and reliable follow-up execution • Smooth progression of opportunities through the transaction funnel
