What Paravow Network is

Paravow Network is a curated community for founders, specialists, and operators. You can read reviewed lessons in the archive, follow recognition boards, browse collaboration asks, and optionally create an account to publish stories, acknowledge peers with roots, or respond to opportunities. This policy covers visitors who only read the site and members who sign in.

Information we collect

• Account and authentication: When you register, our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) processes your email and credentials. We receive account identifiers needed to sign you in and link activity to your profile.
• Profile information: Display name, public username (slug), headline, bio, current focus, operator path (for example entrepreneur or specialist), optional company or specialist fields, location if you add it, and visibility settings such as whether your profile is public.
• Submissions and published content: Stories you send for review (founder cases, growth notes, specialist lessons, field notes, and opportunities), including titles, summaries, and body text, plus moderation status and timestamps.
• Peer roots and recognition: When you acknowledge another member, we store that relationship, optional reason you select from our catalog, and when it occurred. Aggregated counts and board placements derived from this activity may appear on profiles and recognition cards.
• Opportunity interest: If you express interest in a collaboration or hiring ask, we store your note, availability, and context you provide so the poster can decide whether to connect.
• Usage and technical data: Server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps), error diagnostics, and security signals to operate and protect the service.

What others can see

Much of Paravow is designed to be readable without an account. Published archive posts, recognition boards, weekly digests, and public opportunity listings are visible to visitors unless we restrict access for safety or legal reasons.

If your profile is set to public, your profile page, published work, recognition lines, and related board appearances may be visible to signed-out visitors. If you turn off public profile visibility, we limit how your card appears in directories and explore surfaces for visitors who are not signed in; you may still submit content while signed in. Email addresses used for login are not shown on public profile pages.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve Paravow Network features.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Review submissions before publication and enforce community standards.
• Display profiles, archives, boards, digests, and opportunities.
• Calculate recognition and ecosystem summaries shown on the site.
• Facilitate introductions related to opportunities when members choose to connect.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the service.
• Comply with law and protect Paravow, members, and the public.

Moderation

Submissions and opportunities are reviewed before they go live. Moderators may edit contextual notes shown with published items, reject content that does not meet our standards, or remove material that creates risk. Moderation decisions and related notes may be retained for accountability and service quality.

How we share information

We use service providers that process data on our instructions, including hosting, database, and authentication (including Supabase). They may process data in countries other than where you live.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, and integrity of Paravow or others.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to run the service, maintain published archives and recognition history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data where we can, except where we must retain records (for example published content you authored, moderation logs, or legal holds).

Your choices and rights

You can update much of your profile from your account settings. You can control public profile visibility there as well. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password and keep your login credentials private.

International users

If you access Paravow from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other locations. We use safeguards required by applicable law when transferring data across borders.

Children

Paravow Network is not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age required where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the site or by email.
